At 4:28 what is that green polish in the ridged bottle? Such a pretty color, and unique shade! Also, if you apply glitter polishes using a makeup sponge (the little disposable triangle ones) it will pack the glitter on without all the goopiness of the clear medium. Revlon sells that holographic flake/glitter individually, if you just want that part.

The kaki green one? It's from l'Oreal (don't know the name I'm not home but it shouldn't be too hard to find!) Haha I mention that sponge trick at one point but... I just can't deal haha I hate doing my nails! I always ruin them because I end up needing to pee or just living :P

You should totally check out fun laquer and starrily for holographic polish! They also have holographic topcoats so you can make any of your favorite polishes holographic too

Check out Superchic lacquer for some awesome holo polishes, and for a great quick drying top coat I like sèche vite.

I love the zoya scattered halos!!! ...halosexual started because of cristine on simply nailogical. all the color club halo hues are amazing.

I also had problems painting my nails,i still do ,but i discovered those remover pens(they are a bit pricey) and now i use a small brush and acetone to get a clean result. For glitters i use a peel off base coat, UNT Ready for Take Off but depending how good it is sealed, it will hold 3-5 days(i change my polish every 2-3 days so it does not disturb me) Lately i got a lot into indie nail polishes because they have more unique shades,glitters, holos or duochromes and i could recommend Live Love Polish ,they offer in their store a lot of great indies. My favorite holos are from Superchic laquer and Colors by Larowe,they look so great and most of them are 1 coat only,China Glaze Fairy dust is a nice scattered holo top coat and the most holographic glitter polish i tried is Fun Laquer 24 Karat (H) it is just holo on steroids (needs 2 coats)

China Glaze has a glitter polish called Luxe and Lush that's pretty much the same as the Revlon glitter polish that you ran out of, in case you wanted a full size version!

They revlon one that you like that's dual ended.. there is a revlon top coat that's the same with the same flecks, it's called cosmic flakies. You hsould chekc it out that way you could have more of that shade =)

My favourite type of colors are reds and deep reds 😍such versatile shades ! And during summer/spring I were taupes/nudes. I always end up decluttering other shades ! Although the lilac one from OPI looks gorgeous 😍

I totally feel you about wearing pink, whether it be clothes or makeup it always feels somehow out of place on me. :P KL Polish has my favorite nail polish formula, but some of my other favorites are Zoya Yves (Its a matte dark blue and I'm obsessed!), OPI Guys and Galaxies, and Essie In Stitches! For a nude you might want to look at Essie's Topless and Barefoot, it's like a nude beige pink. It's good for so many skin tones and it's opaque in 2 coats. The formula is a little tricky though, I had to add thinner to get it the way I like

One of my best friends is a major nail polish lover. (She has a nail polish blog, makes/sells her own nail polish, and owns probably over 1000 bottles.) But anyway, I got to try, from her collection, the Zoya polish in Iris from the MatteVelvet collection. And it is one of my favorite polishes I've ever put on. (It is a beautiful~ dark purple, but there are other colors too, if dark purple isn't your thing!)

Love this vid! Zoya is my jam. With their basecoat and seche vite topcoat, my manis don't chip for legitimately 2 wks. Fav Zoyas (aside from Rue! 🙌🏻) include: Vanessa (bought BC it's my name, but it turns out it's a dynamite oxblood), Leah, Pandora, Pinta, Noot, Yana, and Yuna. Their scattered holos are gorgeous, particularly Blaze and and Payton. Julep has beautiful holos. My fav is Ginger. Not sure of availability in Canada, but Julie G polishes are cheap and the formula is amaze.

I love Miami Beet and You're such a Budapest too :) My other faves are OPI Lucky Lucky Lavender, China Glaze Fifth Avenue (beautiful mauvey rose), Formula X Impeccable (a light mauve but I'm so sad they discontinued the brand), and Essie Cute as Button (even though I don't like Essie polishes anymore although I'd like to try their newer line with the twisted bottles). Oh and my HG topcoat is the one by HK Girl!! I've gotten so many people hooked on that one because it dries instantly and stays glossy for like a week :)

My favorite nail polish of all time is a color that has been copied by other brands. It's a sheer pink opalescent color with a blue glow. The current one I have is by china glaze, called "Afterglow" but the first I found was by Orly. Finished a couple of those 😝My favorite toe color for summer is a fluorescent blue tone pink, "Oh Cabana Boy" by Orly. I love the formula of OPI but I prefer colors with shimmer, like "An Affair in Red Square" 😊 I have about thirty polishes those are just my top 3.

That revlon diamond dust Polish is so small, I recommend getting a Polish from Color Club instead. It's the exact same thing, but more densely packed so you don't have to apply more than one coat to get the desired effect. Should cost 10 dollars for full size. It's called "covered in diamonds".

Hi Emily! You should try Fun Lacquer glitters and holos... there is also the brand I Love Nail Polish (ILNP) that makes the most beautiful holo polishes and flakies and glitters! The Revlon one that you'll repurchase is a flakie, you should check the ILNP flakies, trust me! 😁 Also, have you tried nail stamping? It's nail art made simple! Love your videos! 😘

Christina K I like elf "Nude", and mostly, Revlon 705 "Gray suede". Both pinky nudes. I'm about NW15-20(leaning much more neutral in my hands and lower arms though xD) and they're two of the only "nude" shades I like on myself.

There is a nail polish remover by the Sephora brand one for glitter and one for any nail polish (orange bottle). It changed my life. All my friends and family use it now.

Christina K That's really hard because everyone's skin tone can vary by just a bit making a HUGE difference in what one persons "best nude" is vs another's! Be careful when taking suggestions or you could be buying a LOT of nail polishes!!

Christina K my favorites are the Essie gel in Fairy Tailor if you want a sheer polish that just makes you look polished and your nails looks shiny, or Essie Topless & Barefoot (or something like that) for a more opaque color
