Finally I managed to reorganize my office/studio. Not once but twice. Hope you enjoy the story of how my office has been evolving over time. How has your decluttering been going these last few months??

It sure does!! And I did even more a few days ago - three bags of paper GONE. Feels so great. And once you find a setup that works for you it is easy to keep clean and tidy. And always lovely to celebrate the great accomplishment 🍷 🍾 🥂🙏🌷🥰

We do enjoy painting for sure. She does smaller things, though, so she is now set up in her bedroom. The good news is that I motivated myself to do a "paper declutter" in my office a few days ago - got rid of 3 bags of paper. Boy did that feel good. Good luck on your office tidy! It is always relaxing watching other people work 😂. By the way - I was successsful on three out of four of my August goals that you suggested to do. The one I couldn’t achieve - getting out in my kayak - was not my fault as hubby needed to build an overhead storage thing for it. And he didn’t manage to. BUT I did get my jacket and pants and gloves and rubber booties so as soon as that is done I am off. But the other three - DONE! Made another list for September. Thanks again for the idea!! 🙏🌷🥰🍷

I definitely was a neat freak in my past. But once children come onto the scene - that ends pretty quickly. 😆. I still have two roommates - so still adapting. When it comes to art and craft supplies, though, there is no such thing as neat. Cramps the process. But this was over the top more than “normal”. 🤯 🎨 😂

It is so weird to look back at old footage and see the innocence. 😂 I just can’t believe how bad I let my office get! The good news is that it has definitely been working much better since April. Some adjustments made. But I am grateful I have a space I can work in - lots of home workers don’t have that luxury. Hope you guys are doing well. My office set is kinda the same. Looks great from a zoom call. But behind the camera are all of Rosalie’s Toys and my wife hanging laundry. That was a good 8 hours spent. Great job!!

So thought this would be a good way to use the footage. Also - my daughter loves decluttering videos so she was after me on it. And for me as well - the story is everything. Organizing footage is a huge learning process. Only now do I feel I am finally doing it right. It is so frustrating looking for something that is improperly labelled or stored in the wrong place. 😩

Thanks Patti!! You remember that months and months ago I did promise you a declutter video. Took a while but finally here 😂 Only crafty and arty people can relate to how things accumulate. I am such a minimalist in every other aspect of my life - except here. Saying that - I got rid of a LOAD of stuff when I did the clear out. Thanks Maryanne! I am actually quite organized in most aspects of my life - except when it comes to art. For some reason, all boundaries collapse 😂 But I can say since doing that big clear out and reorganising in April, it still works and my office is still tidy. Yay! I am sure you are organized. You are so accomplished and I love your videos. I find my worklife is very organized and home life more relaxed.. Now that I am working home fulltime, I want to clear some of the clutter. You have been so helpful to me. I found you when I was undergoing cataract surgery. Your office hints for now living in zoom world have been incredibly helpful and given me confidence.

Wow, Maryanne! You have literally made my day! I am actually doing a couple more on working from home - avoiding back issues. That has been a common complaint from many of my colleagues and delegates. So keep watching!!! I also got my second cataract done last Tuesday - soooooo .... yes, another video on that. And believe it or not - my own video motivated me to do a decluttering of my paper files - insurance documents, financial stuff, etc, etc, etc. I now have a big bag to shred and another to throw away.
