There is no gap was cut to access the sensor at the bottom , is it still sending the light n movement ?

@@kd4965 apparently the frame has the IR sensor located inside the screen somewhere, or maybe it’s RF and we didn’t even know.. We were as surprised as you were but it works perfectly

Are these wider than the Samsung frames? I am looking for a frame for samsung 85" TV.

Absolutely! Samsung sells a tiny strip of colored plastic for $200. We were incredibly disappointed and returned it. These are 1" to 3" wide and look and feel like legit picture frames.
