When I started having a anxiety attack, I started watching this video. Bawa, I can happily say that by the end of this video I could identify the triggers and calm myself down. Thank you so much for such an informative session :).

Really like Khurshid sir's organised discussion with Amit & Ankita. Although views are not high, all comments are very genuine and very relevant to civilization. I noted CHEMS, wonderful suggestion. Would like to see video related to parenting. Specially when parents are too much careful fo their son.

Also I think the modern life has created such a social structure that people when they grow up, they are only relating to each other if there is a business, you know. In schools and colleges people make friends for no reason, and they stay friends for lifetime, but then when in worklife, people don't even talk properly to each other, they just mean their business. Satsangs are a great help in such a case.

This is a VAST topic and you would need to see a good doctor to really help you. A functional medicine doctor could help you big time as well.

Dealing with narcissistic people causes anxiety just like malaria is caused by mosquito carrying the germs. Sometimes it is not in our hands to be surrounded with lovely people and not possible to cut out all the toxic people. What can be done in such situations when the people around you want you to be in fear and threat continously?

Thats where meditation can help you big time. However, if you are experiencing anxiety and its becoming chronic, then the only option is to do what Nayyar and I did - take time off to heal

I like to know about ur anxiety and sleep workshop. Will I learn anything new in this workshop other than the techniques taught in the happiness program? Can you please answer?

Yes you will. Though the core technique of Sudarshan Kriya remains the same between both the workshops. Do it - if you have sleep and anxiety issues, it will help

Detachment is the main reason...either you keep long hairs,beards or shaved head and beards both are the causes of detachment..... When you shave head you never keep thinking about your hairs same thing happens when you keep long hairs

Know that a majority of women will suffer from it - there are various coping strategies - first is to know that it is temporary and it will pass in a few months.

Post partum depression is common. For me, it started as anxiety and lead to bad depression phase with suicidal thoughts. So had to take medicines. For you, please talk to your doctor and family. Analyze the ur level of depression and deal with accordingly. Mild depression goes off without any medical intervention. Lastly, Sudarshan kriya, meditation and sleep helps a big time
