Bhakti can NOT change destiny but Bhakti can minimise the impact of any negativity in the destiny. It can also enhances positivity in life which was always there but we were not focusing on it. It is like Summer season (Destiny) will come due to Earth's motion around Sun. No freewill can change it. But you can always purchase AC/ Cooler and see the season through safely. Destiny or Summer season will remain even then but its negative impact wont come to people in AC/ Cooler. Same is with Bhakti.

Sir, as you explained that in some specific placement in Goucher we can predict the marriage time or any event but the planets are moving so they will come on the same place again after some time. so how do we predict the exact time for the event to be happened. Saturn takes 30 years to come at same place again. Jupiter takes 18 years to come at same place. So it is not that regular. Out of many .... One theory of predicting marriage time is - If Jupiter and Saturn both are aspecting 7th house and/ or 7th house lord in transit (Gochar) then there is high probability of marriage. Mahadasha (MD), Antardasha (AD) has to support though. MD, AD gives broad time and within that broad time the transits specify the exact time of marriage. For other regular events getting governed by Sun or Venus or Mercury frequency is every year. Like if one of them is 10th house lord then every year whenever these planets will transit through 10th house, if one will try they can get a job or change the job etc. So it depends on tasks and speed of revolution of those planets involved.

Astrologer can predict that due to planetary movement when there will be Summer or Winter in India but one can not predict if you will certainly buy an AC in Summer or Geyser/Heater in Winters. If someone is looking for favorable season to buy Raincoat or Umbrella .... astrologer will look in Kundli when exactly Rainy Season is going to start in this person's chart... he will tell probable dates of your purchase then. The person in question can buy it in next season too but he will face rain in that season too for sure creating all logical, physical and social reason to buy it. Sale offer and Shop keeper too will try to give it to you in that season of your life then. Still something is on that person's freewill.
