My biggest problem with the award ceremonies is that why do the women have to wear western gowns? Why can’t they wear a fusion outfit? Sari’s, churidaars, straight pants with formal long shirts would look amazing.

Same goes with men. They too were coats and shirts, why they can't wear kurta pajama with modern twist

@@Saamla my point is men in Pakistan do wear western normally, on the other hand women of Pakistan DO NOT wear gowns, so if looks fake and awkward. You get my point, it’s not about men or women. But I absolutely agree, men can also rock desi outfits, why do we have to be like the west, are they wearing our outfits?

And even the celebrities do not know how to carry those sharp cut western dresses... neither they were well fitted nor well stitched...the celeb mostly endup with weired looks...

Yes I remember Sajal's look that was I think in 2017 some viewers didn't like that look wohi shadi Wali look lag rahi ..but many many people liked that.. Overall I like ayeza khan ❤

Ehtisham is a talented person indeed. I wish Hassan there was no finger pointing at Tabish for his critique and commentary as that’s what his show requires. There are more topics that you can explore with Ehtisham if he agrees to spare time again: - why are teenagers an ignored segment in our fashion? Why does their styling emulate the adults ? - there was a time when TeeJay’a styled for PTV - i wonder if it was just for the actors or hired for the project by the production- but that styling streamed down to the common folks ( till the at least the middle section of the society). Why isnt TV playing the same part anymore? - Representation of Pakistan. Yes indian icons carry both local and western styles, however for a country like Pakistan how much can fashion help in branding of the country. Benazir wore Maheen Khan draped duppatta. What should be the look for a modern political icon?
