A wise man said, "If you know all the languages of the world and you don't know your mother tongue or the language of your culture, that is enslavement". That wise man is Ngugi wa Thiong'o 😇🙏🏻

It's not only a message to African countries but also to all the formerly colonized countries how it has become so important for us to learn and revive our own culture by practicing our mother tongues otherwise our rich cultures will cease to exist and we'll have nothing to call our own.

I'm truly grateful for the information that this beautiful person spoke to and I was sitting in my car talking to the ancestors about soooo many things and happen to have in my lap a book I recently purchased as I came across this video titled Decolonizing the African Mind by Chinweizu that's NOT a coincidence. Thank you MOST HIGH AND ANCESTORS . This is a confirmation.

Proffesor is more enthusiastic to his work. This man is most artistic. His struggle for Africa languages from 1975 is still at heart!

Africa we are wealth in the many languages, which are ours. Each language carries a unique set of information, knowledges and culture. It's wise for Africa to protect and develop our languages. In East African Community I propose that in the first six years of primary schooling the language of instructions should be Mother tongue, Kiswahili to be taught as a subject. In the next four years the language of instructions should be Mother tongue or Kiswahili, teach two or three more languages languages like Lingala, Ibo, Yoruba, Kiganda, Hausa, Somali, Ahemeric, Arabic, Mandarin, Gujarat, Portuguese, English, French and many others. That's the only way we shall honour our Ancestors. Names also have a strong meaning in a language Africans should be called only in their names. For our relatives in diaspora DNA will tell them their proper names. That's my prayer for all Africans.
