“Sleeping is not resting, it’s sleeping”. HOLY WOW. What a beautiful declaration. That just validated so many previous versions me and also the present version of me typing this. I like to just sit and drink my coffee, I like to wake up a little early to have time to stretch and really just exist for a moment when I start my day, I like to lay in bed and look at the sky, I like to sit in the sun and let it kiss me. I have been doing this “unconsciously”, but adding this intention to cultivate and embody feminine energy through these small actions will make it all so much more potent. Thank you for sharing! 💗🌙

I've done this and it's helping heal my autoimmune symptoms. I take a whole day on the weekend to just be. I also take a few minutes throughout the day to just be. No phone. No thinking of what to do next. I used to make myself feel guilty for resting. I no longer do that and my body is thanking me. I'm sending this to my loved ones. Thank you for this! ✨💜✨
