Have you watched Christopher Hiedeman's home tour? I absolutely loved how he made Goosebumps inspired slime for his staircase. I think you should add something like that maybe oozing off your fireplace as a final touch.

I did 80s/90s Halloween theme a few years ago. It's a really fun theme to do when you can use actual stuff from back then. I love collecting 80s and 90s stuff so I had a TON of stuff to use for the theme lol. I really do have a soft spot for it.

I think a halloween tree would be great in the corner. With collected halloween decorations and ornaments from over the years. The spirit of how you decorated reminds me so much of Christmas with the garland and mantle scape. A hallowmas tree would be splendid!

I'm moving next month and didn't get to put up as much stuff as I would have liked, but I set up a similar theme to this in my home. Target had these very odd decorations one year that I bought and finally got to use. I don't know if you remember them, but it was an old school telephone, a boom box, and an alarm clock, and they're covered in slime and eyeballs and teeth and stuff. They look straight out of a 90s Nickelodeon cartoon, or better yet Goosebumps. I can't believe I didn't think to actually incorporate Goosebumps into my theme, though! I think next year I'm 100% trying this theme again and bringing in Goosebumps and maybe some Garbage Pail Kids.

Looks great. If you want to hide black cords wrap cobwebs around them. Then hang from the ceiling and put cobwebs from floor to ceiling jnfront of the lights gives a great eerie glow. I use to decorate haunted houses.
