Hi Alex I've always wondered if horse riding leaves riders with aching muscles it looks like a lot of strain in the legs?or do you just get used to it? Loved the vlog ❤

Yes you definitely get achy muscles! For me personally it’s usually the inside of my thighs from squeezing, when I’ve been out galloping and jumping like in this video it’s usually my shoulders and back as she gets very strong 🤣
