The prettiest advent calendar I ever had was a popup one made out of card. Every day I popped up a house, shop, etc., until at the end of it there was a full Christmas village, it was beautiful.

I feel you with the tea calendar. Last year I was living in France, and I got a tea calendar from Palais des Thes (and 24 Ferrero Rocher chocolates). Even though I'm back in the U.S. this year, I knew I had to do the same thing, so I ordered another one from the U.S. branch of the company. Definitely worth it.

Weeks and weeks of Lexi videos, this is gonna be a fun month! I can't wait for them all. I have never done advent calendars (at least as an adult), but seeing you so excited for yours has made me wonder if I should do this next year. Also, no space for decorations here, but I'm thinking about trying to make room somehow. I love Christmas and think it would be a fun thing to add to the season. As for what book I'm reading, it's the second book of the Half Upon a Time series, about the grandson of Jack from Jack and the Beanstalk (Twice Upon a Time, by James Riley). I loved the first book, so I thought I would read this one now. However, I wanna read a Christmasy book as well, so I will be trying to get through Winter Magic and Tinsel, possibly closer to Christmas, and Ember and the Ice Dragons now. I was reading Snowglobe by Amy Wilson, but I was not fond of it, so I set it aside for now. Don't know if I'll go back to it or not. There is also The Very, Very Far North I wanna get to this month, so we'll see what I end up picking. I'll ask Siri to pick a number in a minute and see what she says. Maybe I'll have her pick 3 numbers. I'm a slow reader so I can't read too many physical books in a month (and I need to finish them before the month ends so I can say properly what month I read the book in - 30 books in 30 days, doesn't count if you finish it on the 2nd of the month). And for anything you should vlog this month, I honestly love everything you come up with. A book haul, a stroll around the park with your dogs, a q&a (although I wouldn't know what to ask you), your first unhaul, bloopers, and I can't think of anything else. I'll be watching most of the videos you will be posting this month, but won't be able to comment at the end of the month but I know I'll be enjoying every single one of these. You're one of my faves (can't pick a #1 between you, Gavin, and Jade and I also have other faves that may be in the number 1 spot but I can't decide which ones, either). Whatever you end up choosing, I'll be here for it. Have fun working on these videos!
