I LOVE pine trees; they’re one of my favorites. But I think your front patio would be beautiful if you removed the pine tree and put a fountain in its place. The area would definitely stay cleaner (no needles), and look, sound, and feel so tranquil with a bubbling fountain. Maybe even put some gold fish in it. I’m sure your boys would love watching them grow!!

Always love your videos. Levi is getting so big I cannot believe it. He sure favors his daddy in what I can see. Sweet little baby boy........Christmas will sure be fun with him this year and the pretty lights. You have both worked so hard on your home and remodels and your flip home. Just so inspiring. I would love to have some property in the desert area.......we've lived in the south for many years off and on with the military and it's peaceful and calm and the warm weather just feels better to me than the cold of snow from our northern homes. lol Love the glasses you picked out......and your plants are doing well. This video brought back special memories for me. My sister would always make pomegranate jelly every year. I would Go up and stay with her & my bil for two weeks, we would pick, then juice the pomegranates. Then we would spend about three days making the jelly. Each year we made about 75 jars of jelly. November 2020 was the last year; she passed away suddenly in April 2021. I miss her immensely and I can't wait for the day that I'll get to see her again.

The small alcove study in our main bedroom is lovely; such a useful and attractive addition to the room. Also, would you consider using some of the curtains from your ranch house in the flip home? I’m a big fan of good quality curtains that have linings! It keeps the hot and cold out, so there is less power usage on air-conditioning. Regards, Susan at Hobart.

I know this is how Hannah and her Mom may have done it, but water bath canning is the preferred safe method of doing jellies. Love seeing the rain barrel on the front patio! Do you have plans to do more of those around the house?

The pine trees molt in July every year and the new needles push them off. Your pine cones have seeds in them, and if you plant them now, next summer they will grow 2 feet tall . Mcdonal's gave them away several years ago and I have about 10 from them.. Also BLM every Spring sells flats of them for planting.. They make great wind breakers. If your get a chance drive out to Bonita,Az in Southeastern Az and see the farms their. They have a different pine for wind breakers. So beautiful. In the Fall they have Apple Annies pumpkins patches for the kids. It's about 2 hours from you..I am guessing if you live near Serria Vista, Az

The green hobnail glasses are really nice. Keep your eyes open they turn up on a lot of places. My aunt and I hunted them for her quite a while back. We really enjoyed the treasure hunting. You are very brave to be using spray paint inside!
