Oh shit that beat....oh shit.... Ok for me someone needs to fully train and certify decoys. No less than 1 year of steady work, no less than 100 plus catch sessions, 100 plus grip development sessions, 100 plus agitation sessions, no less than 200 different dogs. Fastest cert, all things being available can only be done in a year. Twice a week sessions. That’s going to be my minimum standard.

This would be golden!! I agree and agree more, there is so much to learn that anything less wouldn't be doing justice to the animals. We try to preach to the folks that attend that this is merely us helping them scratch the surface!
