Deddy is correct about the coconut. It did not come from Jamaica. However, that “tablespoon” was definitely 1.5x more than a tablespoon 😂😂. I love him ❤

Wild salmon is the best that's the only one I buy it's a little expensive but well worth it very good. Enjoy, when I cook curry salmon I seasoned it and cook the curry sauce and sit the fish to steam for a little bit that's how I cook it as a Guyanese. Enjoy

Take it back, the pick the coconut when it green, it's the same thing in Brooklyn you have tobreak it at the store, sometimes you have to break five before you get a good one, I used everything fresh ,I don't like can stuff.so daddy you should have a back up the powder one I think it's by Grace.my sister used the powder one she said it very good, enjoy when you cook, so keep cooking and I will keep watching, I will definitely trying your corn bread for Thanksgiving.

Question Chef: I eat salmon at least 2-3 times per week. when I wash it in vinegar sometimes it's so wet...then I place it on a paper towel so it won't be soggy....Do you do this also?
