We love you! We have made and enjoyed this recipe twice now! Thank you. I have a question-is it time to do it with true oxtail or is the mock just as good or better???

I am a 56 year old woman who has never cooked a turkey🫣🤫 bc my mom usually cooks it whenever our family eats one. Or my brother sometimes deep fries one. However, you guys made it seem so easy, even with stuffing it with the stove top stuffing, then flouring the bag to put it in. I've only seen my mom use a bag occasionally but never saw her flour it unless i missed that part. Great idea 💡 though! Since i never liked to cook, i didn't stay in the kitchen long enough to want to learn from my mom. But i surely would love to try your method. And not to mention that homemade cranberry sauce....YUM!! Everything actually looked so delicious and easy and has inspired me to try doing it in the future. Thank you for sharing your great cooking ideas and your lovely family with us. God bless 🙌🏽 🙏🏽 ❤️

I imagine the end product is tasty but for people who are learning to cook, it would be more than helpful to give an estimate of the measurements of the seasonings you use. It is frustrating to watch people who have been cooking for years unable to estimate measurements.

Peace and love to you too our Jamaican 🇯🇲 fam ❤️ 💕 And a very delicious and tender looking meatloaf 😋 too. I haven't cooked a meatloaf in over a year and if i can recall, i did use bell pepper and onions but I've never used chopped tomatoes in it before. And never ever used scotch bonnet peppers in anything. I don't like spicy food. However, Next time i make it i was thinking of using spinach. But any veggies can be used. It depends on whatever the individual wants or likes. This dish is not limited in my opinion 😊

This dish right here looks so heavenly!!😋 😍 And what a sweet spirited man your dad is 😇. Gotta love it! 💖💖 I wish he owned a restaurant over in the states. I haven't eaten any shellfish in almost 10 years bc I was touched by someone who was handling crabs and my hands broke out in hives. So I stopped eating any type of shellfish. But that dish looked so good, I'm almost certain I would try it with the shrimp. And if not, the salmon works just fine by itself. Thanks for sharing all of your delicious looking dishes. And I hope to someday visit Jamaica 🇯🇲 ☺️ ❤
