Even Peter and Ace are not present, man Paul Stanley is the real entertainer in KISS. He is the rhythm, the voice, and the foundation of KISS. For all those years, the drummer and the lead guitarist have changed, but the rhythm/lead vocalist stays the same. Without Paul, how KISS will take a long years of entertaining us? Man Gene needs Paul because Gene can't do entertainment with himself. If Paul retires and someone replaces him, KISS will never be the same. Paul is the source of energy of KISS. Paul is a phenomenal, he is the greatest rock and roll frontman, he's voice is the most powerful in the whole rock and roll and metal industry, and he is irreplaceable. Paul is a very solid vocalist and rhythm player. Paul will always be the Starchild and the ring master of the Psycho Circus.

Gordon Auginash If there's any hate it should be directed at Paul and Gene. They snuck these two guys in with the hopes that those who noticed wouldn't care. They tried to continue with the success of the reunion years by keeping the look and the sound as much as possible despite the lineup changes. Now they're trying to say that it's always been about the characters, spaceman, catman, demon, and star all along. I've been a kiss fan since 78, and I never heard the terms spaceman and catman used so frequently since Thayer and Singer donned their uniforms. It used to be that the members of the band were referred to by name, Ace and Peter and so on. The fans who understand this are now disgruntled. That's why they refuse to refer to Thayer as the spaceman. Instead, they call him fake Ace. The same goes with Eric Singer in spite of the fact that he has a bit of seniority. I have a hunch that Paul and Gene know that they goofed. Either they should've encouraged Thayer and Singer to create their own design or take off the makeup all together, the latter is probably the most respectable option. They could preserve the sanctity of the makeup era by allowing only the originals wear it. But that's all too late now.

What I love most about this song since the time I first discovered the band as a kid is the fact that it comes with the raspy vocal originally recorded by Peter. So many Kiss songs were sung by Gene and Paul so these rare gems like the ones sung by Ace make for a great change. It’s a bit like Rodger Taylor with queen or George Harrison with the Beatles. There aren’t many but man are they awesome when they are played. I have to say Eric Carr probably gave the best live performance of this song. So deep and powerful and while he does Peters original true justice he took it to another place.
