DEDICATED: Scott Spencer returns to line work after devastating injuries

Thanks to veteran Licking Valley RECC lineman Scott Spencer for agreeing to answer our questions about an accident during ice storm power restoration in 2021. Spencer appears on the cover of the October “Member’s Guide” issue of Kentucky Living. Spencer suffered serious injuries when the utility pole he had climbed snapped below the surface. He agreed to share his story in the interest of safety. Spencer has since returned to work for the co-op.
