I received plenty of Questions about U2-PRO Model Specially from India. Many customers bought from Amazon India now they want to ask some questions but nobody responding From Amazon India. that's why they request to me to make a video about U2-PRO Technical Review & answer all those questions.

Will Ecovacs u2 pro clean the house nicely, or it will keep on roaming here and there to find where it should sweep? And will it be able toh identify the obstacles? Will it clean the floor thoroughly? Please reply I bought it today only

Actually U2 PRO is Basic vacuuming & Moping model....but it really clean well.. suction power is strong enough so it can pickup pets hair as well... although there's no maping teacher in this model but it works systematically... means Go straight n comes back straight...so it can cover the full house... battery run time also good

How can we use it for multiple floors ?

In this model there's no maping function but it works systematically... whenever you want to clean first or second floor just put there n press start button...or u can put the charger as well...so once finish cleaning it will return to it's charger

What will happen when in vacuuming mode it finds some water in its way ?

Brushes nonstop turning so they will push whatever in front to dust box... deebot will pick up water a bit because of suction power that water will go in the whole dust box become wet, filter wet n sometimes through outlet of vacuum fan bit water moisture go into motherboard or anti drop sensors area... which can damadge those parts

Before start Using make sure there is no water n loose wires on the floor where deebot can get stuck..

My Deebot U2 pro not going straight line its slightly cross and I live in 2 BHK and it forgots where it cleaned before and cleans that area again. Also leaves some area uncleaned. I want to know is this how this model is or should i contact Support. One reply from you would be helpful.

I also face the same problem, as it does not have the mapping function it is not able to track which area it has covered and which area it has not covered. Looks like this model works only for one or two rooms that too without much obstacles. If it encountered any obstacle it forgets everything...

@@prasadmv4174 yeah regarding this straight line is not much of a problem, but sometimes it leaves certain area. But sometimes it covers everything. So basically first it cleans center then it cleans edges.

HI My Deebot U2 charges but the robot only turns on and then turns off and then it repeats that cycle a couple of times, maybe yknow how to fix that or have a video on it.

If it's under warranty then I recommend plz send it for warranty claim...it might be a battery issue...if battery ok then confirm is motherboard issue

We can confirm only after replacing new battery... weather start working or not...

Actually in this model water flow is quite high & we can not control from app as well that's why mop cloth become too wet n stick with floor....if you don't put full water tank then will be ok...just half or less than that then will be ok

This model is only useful for small areas like one or two rooms that too without much obstacles. If it encounters any object most of the times it forgets it route... so NOT at all useful for bigger houses. It skips lot of areas and redo the already cleared areas multiple times in bigger houses....
