Ok understand its quite difficult...I don't recommend customer to remove moping plate...infect no need to remove...just remove mop cloth wash n stick it back that's all but if you really want to remove for cleaning purpose etc...then just put ur hand in the middle of the plate n push it down if one side came off then other side automatically will come out

That strip originally not available in box when u buy a new unit .you can buy separate....you can fix that strip in front of kitchen or toilet doors or whatever you dont want the deebot to enter....U2pro wont cross that strip boundaries bcoz in U2pro got magnetic sensor which detects that magnetic strip n avoid to cross that...

Hi, I bought a deebot U2 pro 6 months back, and every two months since then I am facing the same problem again and again. I have sent it to ecovacs service center twice, it works fine for 2 months after that and the problem again occurs. The problem I face is excessive water is pumped out, the floor and the mop cloth get excessively wet and then deebot gets stuck in its own puddle of water and calls for help. We have used only plain water, replaced the mop cloth as well, the service center even changed the reservoir tank in the 2nd service, but again I am facing same issue. Could you guide me if there is a solution to this. Thanks

The main difference between 950 and U2 Pro is that 950 has Smart Navi 3.0 Mapping & Navigation Technology and U2 does not have this feature. So how does the functionality differ?

Actually these 2 models are totally different....wit maping can finish work faster can cover more area...moping water pump function also different...in 950 u can slect water glow for moping low medium n high...but U2pro already fixed can not change... Suction power also can control in 950 but U2pro fixed...if deebot side brushes stuch somewhere 950 side brushes will stop if they feel can not move at this place...means wont damadge but U2pro doesn't have this function....cleaning wise pattern can say is same...runtime also almost same..

Plz check The main brush is turning or not.... mostly is main Brush issue...if jammed or motor spoil whather vacuum fan ok still won't pick-up dust...so plz check main brush first then see got airflow from left side of deebot coming out or not...if no airflow means vacuum motor not functioning...need to replace fan assembly...

Hi, I'm facing a problem with Deebot U2 Pro where the XL Dust tank does not get locked properly. Even without pressing the unlock button, the tank can come out easily. This happened while cleaning as well, where that dust tank came out and the Deebot was cleaning on its own without the dust tank. This problem is only there with the XL Dust Tank.

Actually there's water pump motor on top of water tank that is not working that's why there's no air pressure inside. In this case normally we replace water tank. But if there's no service center near by n deebot also over warranty already so I give u one simple tip.. 100% will work use sewing needle n make 2 3 small whole in blue rubber cap that's all... Water Will start dropping 😉

In Ozmo 610 we can change suction power & water flow through ecovacs app ...but in U2 pro suction power n water flow during moping is fixed from ecovacs. Customer can not change with using app. In u2 pro got pet kit...which is not available in ozmo 610 model. Brush in pet kit is tangled free ....hairs wont tangle with this type brush.... Run time U2pro is batter than ozmo 610... this is the normal difference we can see in these 2 models

I bought the u2 pro and did all the setup but when I dock the bot, it keeps saying to power it on. This is first time when I opened it from the box The power switch is on as well as the charging light in the doc is also on I also was able to connect the bot to the app and it was online but it just does not charge. It looks like battery is fully discharged when I received the product. I also tried the 3 min charge 3 times and the leave it for charging for a day and still no luck Any thoughts or workarounds ?

Hi...if power button is on & your deebot is already showing online in mobile app but while charging giving error as mentioned...means battery is fully discharged...sometimes if battery is 100% discharged then itself motherboard doesn't support to charge back...Deebot is new & under warranty so i won't recommend you other tricks batter you contact with seller & request for replacement or New battery...hopefully they will cooperate with you
