I think the top floor should be seating with a grill and maybe a small rooftop pool? I think it would be luxurious. And what about having the elevator directly in the apartment? Idk if you could lock elevators 😂 but it sounds bougie!! This whole build is amazing!! It’s definitely classy!!!😍

I was thinking for the inside the apartments, you don’t need double wide elevators because since it’s just two apartments each elevator goes to a different floor and you can put the apt numbers above each elevator on the first floor & just 1 elevator in each apt. I hope I explained that good lol

instead of putting counters along the side wall in front of the windows, you can put up a wall and enclose the kitchen so one wall is the windows and your island is facing the windows. lower and upper cabinets and fridge can go on opposite wall of the windows. make a hall leading all the way to the back of the apt where living room is basically.

I feel like instead of going through the office to the bedroom, add like another arch by the front door and just make that other room her bathroom and where the bathroom supposed to be, a walk-in closet. **u might not see this or it’s too late but just a suggestion

You should get the snb mod so you can take out a loan and pay it back and if the the apartments thing don't work get a roommate and lock the floors for your sim and the roommate
