Good tip on putting the hand behind you and the body roll. Which is the best way to practice? Should I practice doing the dip on my good leg first & once I get a hang of it and then do my weaker leg, or should practice both legs at the same time?

I used to only focus on the good leg first but I noticed that I would automatically favour that one and lag behind on training my other leg. So now I force myself to learn both at the same time by alternating.
