Haha, I was one of the few who didn't cry for this game, but I was still pretty emotional at the end of it. The last memory, where Alice collapsed in front of the window and the scene just faded to white, left me with a lot of feels. T^T

I loved this game and this is the most heart rending moment in the game. You finish the song, only to go right into a super sad and caring moment. My feels weren't ready then! and they were ready now! But this still got me! One of this best stories in a game I have every played

Funnily enough, I mainly got the game after I showed my mother some music from it when considering if I should buy it, she really enjoyed paper plane's adventure, which was the deciding factor, I ended up also buying a ticket for this emotional train ride. Also I actually managed to get paper plane's adventure approved by my piano teacher to play for my semester final, albeit simplified.

as someone who has watched clannad, plastic memories, your lie in april, and anohana without crying I feel somewhat proud of being able to hold back the tears. and thus the boy bragged to his friends about how he didn't cry while watching all of those shows. His friends, annoyed by his bragging decided to recommend him a game, a mobile rhythm game named "Deemo". When he heard about it from his friends, the boy decided to download the game on his phone and decided to play it with the intention of proving that he is indeed capable of holding back his tears to his friends, "Just watch me! I'll prove to you that i'm the best at holding back tears!" He said. And so, the boy started playing the game on his phone. At first, he found the game to be relatively unappealing and, if anything else, a waste of space. However, as he continued to play the game, the boy gradually grew fond of it and even somewhat addicted to it. He started to enjoy the music, the artwork that came with it, and eventually, gameplay. The boy cleared, chapter after chapter wondering about what would to happen next as the story progresses, and when he finally reached the end, and saw the final cutscene, with the song "Fluquor" playing in the background, he realized that something was dripping down from his eyes. "wh-wh-what's this!? are these... tears!!!?" The boy said. He then remembered what he had intended to do and questioned to himself and the game he played, "why?.... Why...!? WHY GAME WHY!!!!?? WHY DID YOU HAVE TO MAKE ME CRY!!!??" The boy lamented...... And such is my experience with Deemo, The most Beautiful mobile game I have ever played, and the only thing in media, that has ever made me cry; Truly a Masterpiece.

I like how each syllable of the original lyrics slide onscreen similar to how the notes in Deemo would, even flashing yellow. Very charming. The lyrics themselves seem to be Deemo saying goodbye, which makes this song sadder than it already was, and even gives more insight into the story, with lines such as "our coinciding hearts gave birth to a world that brought tears to my eyes." I'm glad I got to understand the lyrics of this song, especially with the help of a video as well crafted as this.

I love the game gives you an end while you’re still stuck and lost. But it drops hints that tell you it isn’t over, giving a choice. You could stay content and in the dream. Or, You can keep playing, Keep growing a way out, because DEEMO can’t live with himself anchoring her down, no matter how painful it is to his soul. I had a feeling that there was a connection between the masked lady and Alice, but I did not expect that Deemo was Alice's brother, Hans...and that all of this was a dream/coma. A rhythm game should not move me to tears like this. But I have no regrets playing Deemo.
