Thank you, very informative. I just came across this as it came up after viewing my video of getting my own settings adjusted and how I am when my DBS is turned off. I am in Australia and had this surgery 5 years ago now. It has changed my life drastically. I had my surgery for essential tremor and dystonia. If you are watching this considering DBS, then I can highly recommend it. Just remember, everyone is different, and it does not cure you but helps to control your condition. God bless you all.

December, 2019, my was implanted with a Boston Scientific Vercise Gevia by Ohio State Wexner Medical center. I recommend DBS to all patients who qualifies for one.

In regards to patients with head trauma would TXA be a possibility to control bleeding before getting a CT scan?
