What an amazing Civil war relic hunt that I had I’m still amazed that there’s many Civil War relics in the ground in this campsite and battleground of the Atlanta campaign of 1864!!

Beautiful NC button with the shank and the flattened NC is beautiful in its own way. Awesome Parrot shells. I'm sorry but I had to chuckle a little bit while you was huffing and puffing digging them out of the ground. I don't know if I'd have the stamina to extricate one of them bad boys now. I just found your channel yesterday and watched several of your videos. I was glad to find someone to watch that lives and hunts from down this way. I am in Dekalb County Alabama near the Dekalb/ Cherokee County line. I have recently retired and I plan on detecting more myself. I just subbed to your channel. You do a great job with it. @@milestoneroadsongs There were some intense battling going on here in the summer of 1864 as the confederate army was pushed back during the Atlanta campaign!!
