Noemi, if you leave about an inch or so of ash in your fireplace it will be easier to start next time you build a fire . For some reason, fire does better with a little bed of ash. I recently tried your water ,vinegar and ash method for cleaning my fireplace glass door. It worked like a charm !! Thank you!

Hi Noemí. I bought the vacuum cleaner after I heard your review on it and it did the same thing to me but so far even though it does not light up, it's still been charging for me because I have used it like that for several months now and it has not died on me. It's not ideal but I'm just telling you so that you can try using it in the meantime until they respond to you and hopefully replace it.

You might also consider using a glass cooktop blade cleaner on the glass doors. I also use the blade cleaner on my shower glass.

Hello Noemi. Great deep-cleaning video today. It's so cosy to have a fireplace, but aren't you afraid of scratches when you use the scrubbing thing for cleaning the glas? It might be a bit too late about the vacuum cleaner. We had the same problem with our Eureka cordless, which I love. It turned out, it wasn't the battery, but the indicator light went out. So the vacuum charges OK, I just don't exactly know when it finished charging. Hope yours is the same, I guess I will find out as I keep watching your videos 😁😁 Looking forward to catching up with them! Oh, and I thought you said it was the kids' job to keep the fire alive 😂😂😂

Hi Noemi, I purchased the same vacuum cleaner. I had the problem with battery as well. They send me new battery, but it’s not so great that within not even two months from the purchase I had a problem.

I wanted to share that I had a similar problem with the same vacuum cleaner. I thought it was the battery so I contacted the company. They did send me a replacement battery. New battery still wouldn’t charge. Turns out there was a clog at the base of the tube that connects to the motorized brush. Once I cleared the clog, both batteries charge fine. Don’t know if either of you have checked for clogs but thought I would share in case it helps.
