Loved the video and the soothing music! I always look forward to your videos on Sundays!! Our family is doing well! My oldest daughter had a 3rd boy in December. His name is Jacob. So, we have really been enjoying getting to know him. Then, just last week, my younger daughter got engaged!! Let the wedding preparation begin!😂😂 My husband and I have had colds but are getting over them. We’ve enjoyed just relaxing and resting together. We also had a snow on Saturday. I think we got about 4 inches. Unlike Max, our Charlie LOVES the snow and wants to go out continually. We limit his time outside when it is this cold (20s) to protect his feet. Enjoyed watching today! Very inspiring, as usual! Much love to you and your family!❤❤❤

Great idea Cathy. He likes to go potty in the Laundry-room…in front of the washer, so I’m always the one to step in it. I closed the laundry room door and he switched to the 1/2 bath. He is a little stinker but he knows he can get away with it. We started taking him out every hour now and he is not happy but I told him to not potty in the house and we’ll stop. Now that the snow is melting, hopefully he’ll get back on schedule.

Hi Wanda…I couldn’t help but chuckle when you said Mary Elizabeth cried because Max whimpered when he stepped in the snow. Also, Mom says hi, by phone…I didn’t visit her today because of the snow. These folks, in Atlanta, do not know how to drive when it snows. So, I stayed home and snuggled with Max all day watching Goosebumps on Disney. Thanks again for watching and I’ll see you Sunday.

Hi and thanks for watching. Unfortunately, I don’t have printable lists…for routine cleaning, I go room by room and clean what I see. For deep cleaning, I start at the top, by room, and work my way down. I then move around the room until done. Sorry but I’ve been doing this for so long, I never thought about making lists. Hi Sissy, love your videos! Have you tried the Swiffer extender? It reaches 6ft as opposed to 3ft and may allow you to reach the top of your window trim and higher on your walls. Thanks for the motivational content!

Happy snowy Sunday, everyone . It's snowing here in Ohio at the lake front. Sissy I noticed that you have furniture with black legs as do I. While cleaning, and when I notice a new scratch, I use a black majic marker or stain stick to cover the scratch. For some reason, those really are irritating to me. Also, I had to store my stick vacuum in the bedroom because of a lack of outlets. So I hired an electrician to install outlets in the bedroom closet. Now I don't have to see the vacuum every day. Do you use a day planner to schedule what cleaning needs to be done daily? Have a great week. ❤

Hi and thanks for watching. Me too..I hate scratches on furniture and it is on my to do list. The chair legs are actually a dark brown color and I use a permanent brown marker to fix them last year but need to replace it. Great idea on hiring an electrician. I’ll discuss with hubby and see where I want to relocate the vacuum, if he agrees to hiring an electrician. He’s a little tired of contractors for now, since the completion of our bathroom remodel in October. So, if he’s ok with it, hopefully we can get it done in a couple of months. Hi Charlene. I know exactly what you mean about the bank changing systems and other things that throw us for a loop. Life is hard enough for a sick old woman and then you try to throw some of these things in and it’s just frustrating.I’m having to use a walker now and the one I have is nice and has a seat and rollers but it’s so hard for me to load in and out of the car. We had a big meeting at church on Saturday and then it was very long today on Sunday because we have called a new pastor and he came today. We had to vote and then the weather was bad also and it was just so hard for me to do everything but I was grateful that I got to go. I’m trying to be positive but it just seems like it’s been a hard day. Thank you for your Video it always encourages me. Love in Christ

My mom had similar issues with her walker and my sister had to become a nuisance to Medicare in order for her to get a better one. Hi and thanks for watching. We wear the shoes when entering our home but remove them once we go to our rooms or closet to take them off. So, yes and no. Max is afraid I’ll take his snack back because, sometimes, I’ve mistakenly given him a snack and then realized he hadn’t eaten breakfast or dinner yet. So I would take the snack away and tell him to eat first. It doesn’t’t happen that often but I guess it has happen to many times for him.

Hi Sissy! Hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas! I have a question for you: are your floors LVP or hardwood? We are strongly considering changing our main floor coverings from carpet to LVP. But...we're a little concerned about maintenance (and scratches). We have heard that you should not wet mop LVP. Other people say they use the Swiffer Wet Jet (the one that is specifically for vinyl) with no issues. I wanted to get your opinion. Thank you! And wishing you and yours all the best in 2025!

Hi and thanks for returning to watch. Our floors are a Wood Laminate and I don’t recommend them. They are great at hiding scratches but if any water is left on them, they swell up. I’ve never had LVP or real wood floors, so I’m not sure about either but between the two, for less maintenance, LVP is best. I hope you and yours enjoyed Christmas as well.
