Looks better than brand new! Glad they finally let you get your hands on it lol

Can’t fault the customer too much. When you use the truck to make you money, it’s hard to let it be out of commission for a weekend. And make no mistake, this one for sure took a weekend. It was insanely satisfying though. So pumped that logistics finally went in my favor!

I'm an Electrician and the wire nut you are holding, is literally THE wire nut. Made by 3M, and the best part is... you can return to a joint you made years later and take the wire nut off. It will go back on 98% of the time. Also, great detailing the truck looked amazing lol

Thanks for watching and I totally agree. I grew up wiring homes and they are the best!

I can't get over how good treated leather looks. It's crazy how rich and dark it looks after that treatment. Another great video amigo!

Thank you and I am glad that you enjoyed! The exterior was a ton of fun. Solid transformation like this interior, so the video should be pretty neat.

Thanks for watching! Now I need to put my feelers out. Maybe I can get one of those in the garage here soon.

Can you get rid of the musty smell that comes out of AC vents using that steam cleaner? Asking for a friend.
@P4SDetails2 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. Sometimes doing that isn’t enough and you have to replace the cabin air filter. The most extreme option is an ozone generator that kills the bacteria and really neutralizes bad smells.

Great transformation! I will have to look up what those cubbies look like that are in the back of the seats! Great video and entertaining as always! When your brother wouldn’t use the old screw nut, did you just pick up the slack for him?

They are pretty cool, but the camera angle was pretty dark when looking at them so I didn’t include the footage in the final video. Uh… yeah, pretty much. One other employee had to figure it out for sure.

I keep reading that Adam's and chemical guys are good but overpriced for what they do and that products like Meguiar's is better and cheaper. I use a mixture ov Meguiars and AMMO products. Whats your take since you detail with the adams and chem guys items?
@P4SDetails2 жыл бұрын
Dan my homie, that is a loaded question for sure. I am no loyalist to one brand, but I am a loyalist to products that work. For example: Chemical Guys sticky wheel and tire cleaner is awful. 3D wheel and tire cleaner is also not the best. Meguiar’s tire and wheel cleaner is affordable and really awesome. Adams’s makes, as far as I am concerned, the best paint protection out there. In both spray and full graphene ceramic forms. I don’t like Adam’s leather cleaner or CGs leather cleaner. I use 3D APC. CGs HydroLeather has been solid for leather protection. To sum up: I like a lot of stuff out there, but wouldn’t ever go to only using one manufacturer, unless I was getting a fatty sponsorship ha. Does that help?

How much do you dilute 3D APC?
@P4SDetails10 ай бұрын
Dependent on soil level. 10/1 for the most part though.

@@P4SDetails how would you go about maintaining the leather seats after applying carpro leather 2.0?
@P4SDetails10 ай бұрын
@@ed_word_6198 what I have done in my customer’s and my wife’s car that have the 2.0 applied (installed?) is used a light CarPro PERL and it has maintained a really healthy leather look. My poor wife’s car is a test bed for a few things so the front leather seats have it and the middle and rear rows do not. The front seats still look better. Fairly hard to show on camera though. I can tell.
