Yup. The only people that information matters to is the other company and the customer, who will likely never do business with them again. Even ACS doesn't need to know who the other company was, as all that matters to Miles and crew is doing a better job and securing the customer's trust and future business.

It's a good strategy. If potential customers are in his area and find these videos then they don't know who the other company is, which means it could be any of them. That makes it easier for them to choose their business over the others, because if you knew who the other company is then the rest are still in play.

Thing about fixing another companies mistake, is it's another claimed client. Keep up the respect for the customers as you are and the business will soar. Great Job:) even the spots that looked "clean" from previous company weren't actually clean and that was noticeable once you did your first passes along the outside of cushion. Smh...
@Dargonhuman3 жыл бұрын
Exactly. As a customer, if I had to pay twice for a single job because the first company didn't do it right, but the second company was as great as ACS, I'd definitely give ALL of my business to the second company, and tell everyone I knew to do the same. In that kind of industry, word of mouth and reputation are a company's most valuable assets as those are what make or break your success. If word gets around that your workers do a terrible job, it doesn't matter how much you try to undercut the competition, you'll still lose business while the competition who charges more (but is known for being worth the extra expense) gets more customers.
@mala3isity3 жыл бұрын
Not to mention the clients' word of mouth. Bad for the first company, excellent for Advanced. I hope the clients got some of their money back and reported to BBB. Pics and company's name on all platforms.

The problem with light materials is that they darken when wet, so it can be easy to think it's clean, and it's not until it dries out you can see anything left behind. Also depends on the light. From the look of the pattern, I'd say they were in a hurry as well. It could also be a difficult material, as they have different properties and you need to use the right chemical depending on the stain. Of course, it could have been the new guy ;) Not defending them, just saying it's not as straight forward as these guys make it look. Normally you would expect the customer to call you back with a problem.

@Dyanosis hear what you're saying, but for the Black community nationwide, especially if all you hear is the bad news, the tragedies, the criticism, etc., seeing GOOD, HAPPY and POSITIVE things out there - like this successful family business prospering in North Georgia, a very "red state" part of America - is always a good thing. Certainly glad ALL Americans feel they can also share in the inspiration - we do need more inclusion and "getting along" in America nowadays. The genius in having a channel like this is that you are sharing what you do... and how good you do it... in a format that is enjoyable. I love seeing your success in taking things from filthy (sometimes something that I would have just thrown out) to looking brand new. You show that you do a good job in these videos and that you don't cut corners. So... if I'm going to hire someone to clean something I have... where else would I go! This is advertising genius!!! But it all hinges on doing the job to the best of your ability... and you do... right in front of our eyes. My husband and I often talk about what has been lost in our society because everyone just wants to punch the time-clock and get out of there. They have lost pride in their work. This country was built by people just like your family... who care about the work they do... They care about putting their 'name' on the line every time... and being sure your reputation isn't marred by laziness, or lack of care in what you're doing. I don't even know you... but I sure am proud of this family, working together and making a difference. Keep it up guys... if you were near me... I would hunt down things to have you clean... just to make my world feel better...cleaner! May the God of heaven give this family favor in all that they aspire to do...and may He help protect the bond that is 'family' over money as you do find favor... and more work than you could ask for. You inspire... thanks for sharing.

they say a mattress thats been pee'd on is a lost cause, but, all you have to do is get a product from a pet supply place thats meant to clean up after a puppy, and SOAK that sucker, w/ the product(mixed according to directions). its usually an enzyme product that 'eats' the nasty, smelly stuff. white vinegar kills that smell too if you have a carpet problem. i use tide to clean my rugs. i just add some fabric softener to get rid of all the bubbles. and then rinse it w/ fab. softener in plain water. i know, i know. sounds crazy but, it works like a charm/ pretreat ALL stains before scrubbing. the hot water can set them almost for good. and you can pretreat a nasty spot thats greasy w/ greased lightning, or the purple power thats used for SUPER bad grease stains(i used to buy it at our automotive supple place) spray that crap on there, rub it a little, and then rinse out. lemon juice can help w/ the non greasy ones, it acts as a bleach w/o the rotting effect bleach can have. i got a million of 'em!!
