I hate those “disaster detail” videos where every one is the “worst ever”. We get it, US moms who drive giant minivans and feed their kids in the car with a diet of McDonalds and candy are disgusting but a lot of time and the standard detailing processes can sort them out. Water damage and mould, that’s truly a challenge. I like your videos because there’s no hyperbole, it’s obvious your work saves cars that in some cases would be scrapped

Just coming here again to say thanks for all your advice about my sisters car! I mostly fixed the paint work so it looks a lot better, it was the bonnet that was really bad with a white square on the bonnet full of scratches and now it’s black again. It looks 10 times better but isn’t perfect but She’s happy and so am I. It took me 3 hours to do it making pass after pass to get it uniform as it was really bad. I will do my own car next to get rid of the water marks and light scratches caused by bushes. You’re a great detailer and have helped me massively.

I admire your dedication and skill. One matter that perplexes me. Given the very effective wet vac technique on fabric, doesn’t the seat foam get appreciably wet inside? Great video but I do have a question. I don't see you spraying the car seats using the karcher shampooer, only with the spray bottle which presumably contains the Bilt degreaser. So when/how does the bio blue get used? My Fabia car seats are now moldy due to car not being used over lockdown, but they aren't greasy. Would you still recommend using a pre-spray?
@everydaydetailing64493 жыл бұрын
Hi the bio blue is run though the karcher machine, as you pull the trigger it sprays the solution into the seat 👍😀 Regarding your own car, as long as you have an effective way of using a solution to kill off the mold/mould either a pre-spray or run though a machine should work, if you have a mould/mold problem make sure you don't have a water leak inside the car somewhere.
@paulkennedy77423 жыл бұрын
@@everydaydetailing6449 Many Thanks for your reply, I'll probably use a pre-spray. The mold is caused by condensation and lack of use and I'm now learning how to prevent that in the future too.

Your customers are fortunate to have you to depend on.... It would be interesting if you told how many hours at the end of each job...it might be hard because you're doing the video and moving the camera around....I always enjoy your videos...thanks..

We have holes under the spare wheel in every Skoda :D in Felicia, Fabia mk1 and mk2, Octavia and i think Rapid wont take long and there will be hole drilled too 😂 but these cars are great and if u take just little care, they will hold and get you everywhere
