My friend has been pleased with this vacuum. I put it together and other than one of the wheels coming back out(which I had a bit of difficulty with) kzbin.infoUgkxnBiz5H40H0BTcRcPDEHZkcV2smSjfUD0 it was easy to assemble. It's worked well and the large size has been handy for vacuuming up sawdust around my friend's tablesaw. The wheels and handle make it simple to move around, so the bulky size isn't overly a negative, unless you're lacking on space. It has a bag that can be used to collect the dust, though it doesn't have to be used. It works perfectly great without it and it is an added expense when replacing the bag. If vacumming water, just leave it out. It comes with various attachments, which are handy. A durable bag attaches to the handle to hold them and I love this feature. It has good power and it's a nice option for a shop vac.

Kracher is the brand you can trust when it comes to power tools for cleaning. The se4002 is the house hold use model. Operates with shorter operating hours. The grey version here are meant for longer hours usage. Water cooling compartment prevent overheating of the motor.

I just used this to clean my curtain. I’ll advise to get the one with longer handle if you plan to use it for cleaning curtain while the curtain is hang on the rail.

It will be nice if the amount of liquid sprayer is controlled. Too much of soap will seep through the sponge and eventually cause the spring to rust if it is not made using stainless steel spring. Best if to use with the steamer.

Hi there, it never happens to me. Perhaps water used contained minerals that cause fabric becomes harder and rough after wash. Maybe hand spray small quantity of softener helps.

Do not buy this model !!! There is a serious design problem in the spray nozzle button. I say this from personal bitter experience. In the workshop they replaced the handle with a new one, which showed the same defect. To use the nozzle, you have to stop the compressor, because the button locks after 6-7 presses. Expect a demonstration of the problem in a video.
