I had really hard water in my house too. The BEST cleaning products are from The Works brand. They have a general sink and tile one and a toilet bowl cleaner that gets rid of those gross orangey stains like magic! Also, I got someone to install a water softener for my whole house and it cost about $2k, but so worth it!

big tip on cleaning hard water stains around the knobs by ur sink, use cleaning vinegar and let it sit for a while before scrubbing it

Dawn and vinegar works so well for hard water! I use a magic eraser, soak with the solution for a couple hours and then magic eraser again. Life saver for my shower doors no matter how bad they get!

For the hard water stains, use vinegar and baking to make a paste. Then pile it on to all the surfaces that are stained and leave on for about 10mins and wipe it off
