The Mirrow: Dish Soap (just don't use too much water with it and wipe it clean with a damp and after dry microfabre cloth) The toilet: use a toilet bowl cleaner (acid based), let it sit for 12 hours, then you can clean it with toilet brush and flush. It will remove grime and limescale 😉 do it all again, if some grime left.

Toilet: if you have REALLY hard stains, then use chlorine and let it sit for 12hours, but be carefully! There is needed an open window - don't breath it too much!!
