Cleo talk Fallout with Impulse, he's looking for inspiration for his Cyber City. It has a dystopian storyline, the Bdubs builds are the poor side and impulse builds are the wealthier side (leading up to Joels builds). He's building a Vault for the people to live in after they escaped the city

I hate the power armour because of the HUD. If it had the normal HUD if you took off the helmet then I would like it
