Quick question . Looking at the attributes of both artys ,they have the same load time at 4 seconds. So why is Liberty arty loading faster. I can't find info on why.

There can be alot of factors at play, officers and trained skills, parts and also wrenches. Each of these will directly effect a combination of load time either directly or indirectly as a result via an increase in Fire power

Wouldn't be a very good competitive system if they weren't lol xD but yes, you can count the active battle groups in each active L4. Silver has the overwhelming majority (each time I have counted)
