Great catches, Steve. I learned something new today as I didn't know about "Slipper" lobsters. Our favorite way of cooking lobster tails is much like yours, on charcoal with melted butter with fresh minced garlic and I turn them meat down for a few seconds. That soup sounds amazing.

Just got word that our house is flooded it's kind of tough to swallow but we are all healthy and prayers for everyone in Englewood cuz it was a direct hit!

I love both they look great and taste AMAZING my parents grill the lobsters and they cut a line in the body and put spices and other stuff in it but if you go to Vietnam where I’m going they have both types of lobsters in markets cheers and have a great day 🎉

In Australia where im from we give away our Spiny Lobsters we get like 5 diffrent species or more of tropical lobster but yeah give them to inlaws as the easyern rock lobster or southern rock lobster and slipper cray all taste alotttt better but yous are Americans so yous backwards but we will see when yous tell us what you think 😂you
