After a couple of successful scouting missions confirmed the arrival of springtime Kingfish, Milan and Hamish from NaCL Lures are super keen to head out and target a big fish.
Nato, with a hunting permit for his favourite block, receives a phone call the night before with an invite to go and film the boys on their fishing mission. Now, he has a tough choice to make: hunting or fishing?
NATO gets talked into joining the boys on the water and what follows is a great day, with good weather, good company, and the fishing was even better! 🌞🎣

I totally get what you saying 🤪😂 it’s definitely harder fighting fish on a long rod but Long rods make it a lot easier to stop the fish busting you off on the boat ect it’s also way better if your the camera man 😎 chur chur for the comment 👍

I've caught a spring kingi in 8 Mtrs of water with a kaiwai while we were stocking up at our Kohe spot at mayor went 1.3 mtrs and 24kg but didn't fight at all from hook up to landed was all of 5 mins
