pay attention, you also need to have dragon in GY to summon Deep Eyes, also the text is "when ..." so don't chain it, could be missing the timing.

For 1, no. You can normal summon deep eyes. 2, the special summon for deep eyes is activated when blue eyes is destroyed by the opponent, so even if that was a limit of deep eyes, it wouldnt matter if you play a blue eyes deck. I use deep eyes' ability a good bit.

Whenever they do a Z-One event, they should add a Yusei skill that fills your Graveyard with "Red Dragon Archfiend", "Black Rose Dragon", "Life Stream Dragon", "Black Feather Dragon", "Power Tool Dragon" but you can't Special Summon any of them from your Graveyard and then sneakily release Converging Wishes as a UR in the next pack. It's not like you can just pick a card and buy it as a single like it was a real card, no, you have to pay an increasing amount of cash during a sale HOPING that the card you need and which is buried underneath Dark Bats and Terra the Terribles will either not be at the very end of the box's rotation (which, let's face it, it ALWAYS will be), or that you'll luck out and pull it as a random SR/UR. Trying to buy packs without a sale is basically financial suicide. 9$... There's sarcasm and then there's just being random...

Silver cry 1 or 2 if you can You can use Alexis level up reward swing of memories basically special summon any normal monster from graveyard but destroy it during end phase get 3x blue eyes structure if you can't do 2x You need 3x white stone of ancients. The other cards is up to you :)

3x ancient stone is the most essential. Dawn Knight is also good and can send a stone from the deck to the grave. Other cards like Silver's Cry and Snipe Hunter are very good but they can be kinda replaced, stone is unique and x3 core. Silver's Cry would be the next in my list, you can use Swing of Memories but Silver's Cry is much better

Incorrect. The reason he could summon Cosmo Brain after adding it with Sangan is because that is a summoning condition, not an activated effect. It's like when special summoning Gilasaurus or Guardian Eatos, for example.
