This was from the debut album Emergency On Planet Earth. An environmentally conscious, inward reflection of how we’re damaging the planet. That instrument is a Didgeridoo. A long wooden horn-type, blowing instrument from the Australian Aboriginal peoples, who are renowned for their skills in surviving off the land in a sustainable, eco friendly way. The name Jamiroquai is mix of Jam and Iroquois. The Iroquois were a League or Confederacy of Native American nations in the Northeastern part of America.
