Interesting point that the silhouette of the supervisor when you call them looks like the cemetery founder statue because of the top hat. Also the person at the end has the same top hat. Either, the founder's family still supervises the graveyard down the generations and hands down the hat like a heirloom, or the top hat founder can live longer than a normal human.
