Here I am demonstrating how to massage the toes and feet using a variety of massage tools, including the handle edge of a spoon. Only some spoons can be used in this way. Getting rid of tension in the ends of bands of tension is a very important aspect of Raynor massage therapy.

I have used your massages to relax me if I am anxious at times … would be nice if the client would come back and let us know how they feel after the release of all that tension! I so need this!!! I bought the tools but it’s not the same when I do it to myself but ask my massage therapist to use it on my feet at the end of a massage( does it ever hurt by pressing into the back of the foot but at the and time feels so good ) lol Thank you

Brandon, how many of these techniques can be done by one’s self? I do not have anyone in my area that does this and my toes are a lot like this man’s. Curious to what one can do for one’s self before you do need outside professional help.
