I was not a Christian for many years and felt at one with nature and that could be enhanced with music and other sounds like the rain and the ocean. I have insomnia for three weeks. The last 3 days I am literary couldn’t sleep, even though I force myself to sleep, it’s only 2 hours. Imagine how my last three day look like. Last night I listened this video incidentally (I do believe that the universe sent this to me). Surprisingly I slept like 9 hours. Hi everyone. This is beautiful, so valuable at this time, when we need all the help we can get. I am just a layman- and not wishing to offer anyone out there false hope, but there is a wide belief in the alternative therapy world that reflexology can aid the function of the lymphatic system, which is a major part of the immune system. Hand reflexology can be self administered, lots of info and tuition on line about this.In my humble opinion, this may give us something to fight back with against this terrible virus. Some may say this is clutching at straws, but I reckon there's nothing wrong with a handful of straws, there may be one with an ear of corn on it! Blessings to all.
