I was not a Christian for many years and felt at one with nature and that could be enhanced with music and other sounds like the rain and the ocean. Now that I am a Christian I still get that feeling of oneness but I consider it a gift from the Lord, that He created all of this, nature, music, etc for us to enjoy because he loves us. I have insomnia for three weeks. The last 3 days I am literary couldn’t sleep, even though I force myself to sleep, it’s only 2 hours. Imagine how my last three day look like. Last night I listened this video incidentally (I do believe that the universe sent this to me). Surprisingly I slept like 9 hours. When I woke up, something in my mind that really bothering me suddenly lift up. Like I can say to myself that I will be fine.
