Recently l went to Kincardine on Lake Huron. I arrived stressed and anxious. Time had been moving quickly, more so than normally. I walked, barefoot, along the beautiful sandy beach and the water rythically splashed onto my feet. Suddenly time slowed down, my anxiety was washed away and l felt totally renewed and the feeling of calm now returns whenever l simply remember the scene. This music makes it very easy to return to that scene!! I wish everyone the same serenity !! 😊😊😌❤

One of the best pieces of advice I ever got was from a horse master. He told me to go slow to go fast. I think that applies to everything in life. We live as though there aren’t enough hours in the day but if we do each thing calmly and carefully we will get it done quicker and with much less stress.
