While the OM Mantra (also called AUM Mantra) is one of the most commonly chanted mantras and can be used for a wide variety of mantra meditations, it also is particularly important to the third eye opening. OM mantra chanting can help you break loose the constraints that you have imposed upon yourself. The constraints that hinder yourself to listen to your inner wisdom and prevent you from using that wisdom to chart the best course for a life of purpose and passion.
Also called the “Frequency of Gods”, the 963Hz Solfeggio frequency is said to awaken any system to its original, perfect state, as well as to assist in the process of Pineal Gland activation and Third Eye opening. Its tone helps us return to Oneness, to our very source. If you feel disconnected with the rest of the world, the 963 Hz frequency can help complete your awakening with the interconnectedness and Oneness of the Universe. Listening to the frequency of 963 Hz can also strengthen the sense of community and belonging, or restore it if necessary.
Solfeggio frequencies form part of an ancient scale that was rediscovered in the early 70’s. They are a tone sequence of special tonal frequencies. Originally used in Gregorian chants for centuries, they recently were brought to everybody’s attention for their healing powers. The music in this video was composed in the seventh tone of the Solfeggio frequency scale: The tone “Si” at 963Hz.

Must note: This beloved 'just right' Tone of Ommm, is my many times return to listen for.deep sleep, including my many Canines that Camp just next to or on me so to speak &sleep much better when it is on for the short 3 hours, and as they wake almost exactly every ni8at 3 am, i hit replay... However, *many more times does it auto play as it is time for rest, almost perfect timing nearly every week once or more and i had my YT setting on 'Auto-play', thanks AI😂❤.
