Deep Pow Tree Riding, Tough Crash

This is a rip in the back country powder that started out great, but then my friend had a major accident toward the end of the video. The snow was a tad deep for the bikes, but its depth cushioned the brutal impact he took to the gut from his handlebars. Followed by an emergency evacuation, trip the ER, surgery, 6 days in the hospital and 10 months of rehab, I’m happy to report he is riding again this winter!

Shit happens so fast out there... I know exactly what happens. Didn't do that but I've been over the Handel bars a few times... So Glad he was ok in the end!
