Only those of us who were born in 1960 were lucky enough to be during the best years of music, because starting in the 90s and reaching 2000 there was never anything that equaled or surpassed groups like PINK FLOYD, DEEP PURPLE, KISS, YES, GENESIS , QUEEN etc.

I bought this LP the same day it was out in Sweden. I have played it countless of hours over the years. Still one of best DP album ever made! ❤ I have been to 20 concerts since 1985 and enjoyed every single one of them. Last one a couple of weeks ago. That one, in Gothenburg was absolutely the best one in many years. Thanks Simon! In 40 years of buying LP, CD, DVD and Blu-ray, this Mk 9 or 12 is really good and makes me smile every time when I think of the concert. I hope they make a new album soon with Simon on the guitar. He’s fantastic and seems like nice guy!

I absolutely love this song and everything Deep Purple does, and I know I'm gonna get thrown to the wolves for this... That guitar solo sounded like a fan won a contest and had the choice between a billion dollars and a guitar solo on a song, and nobody expected him to pick the solo.
