A video created for the #HiringForHoxxes competition. The video is made of footage captured entirely in game. A combination of no-HUD and Ansel-captured clips is edited together with a rock music that drives the pace. No post-processing was needed, only few small touches in the opening were added.
The trailer narrates the "story" with a sparse voiceover, and it also includes official dwarven voice lines. It pretends to open the trailer with a typical "superhero", just for the narrator to question this (and ask Karl for clarification). In the end it run's our the dwarves are very much anything but mythical heroes. It shows them as social, a bit crazy, but hardworking protagonists who go through hordes of enemies and plethora of tasks to "get rich".
This campaign aims to attract new recruits whose sense of ideal workplace is depicted herein.
