WOW. this is really astounding. It reminds me of what booker t Washington said. "success is not to be measured by where a person is in life, but the amount of difficulty that one has overcome". He also said " there's much dignity in sowing a seed as writing a poem". R.I.P Booker t. Washington. keep up the inspiring work Sir Bernard.

Jamaica need to have public inspectors to ensure that your food is coming from clean places. These pens are in bad condition. However I still respect his determination

Yes get the link and form an informal co'opt. Then it will help with marketing , wholesale grain consolidation discounts from HYPRO, selective breeding options, access to communal pasture/fodder, and most important security against praedial thieves.

How profitable is this type of deep valley farming? Considering the man power resources expend? Thanks
@toomuchdebt56693 жыл бұрын
Right now sustainability and self sufficiency is more important to our food security than profitability. For small scale part time DIY farmers the labour cost is minimal. Some estimates are 50% - 60% real return on investment if concentrate is used.

Omg. This man need a better area to farm. With so much land in Jamaica this should not be happening. I am sure government have plenty land where they can help this farmer. Smh

Unfortunately no entity in Jamaica provides loans to access for agricultural purposes at a reasonable interest rate. This must change.
