The past couple of days I’ve been in a lot of physical pain. I am alone, I am lonely, I am afraid. No friends or family are near, and I want to cry. Sometimes this sadness is almost too much to bear. My husband died a little over year ago, after a lengthy illness. Now the tears are falling. Aging is not a happy time. I’m so grateful for this meditation and so grateful that you give of your time and energy. Your voice does bring me comfort. Thank you.

I drive trucks and it takes a lot of coffee to stay awake long hours behind the wheel. So when it's time to sleep I just lay there, restless and wide eyed. This makes for a hellish next day on the road, especially if I am running under pressure! Enter Sealey's voice to the rescue. Problem solved! I get the rest I need and the roads are safer the following day. Many thanks! 🙏

I have bipolar depression and panic disorder and this really calms me down. With my panic attacks it's important to realize warning signs that I'm leading up to a panic attack so I can try to calm down before it blows up. This is so calming to me and helps take my mind of of things. Thank you so much for doing this. It really helps ❤ I'm sure you help so many people and it means so much that you take your time to do this for us. If your struggling and feeling bad just remember, your strong, you can get through this, I believe in you, people love you. Stay brave 💕

Michael sealey, more like saint Michael, I cannot even begin to explain the benefits and impact your soundtracks have had on my life. I have been an avid listener since 2018. I honestly believe doctors should prescribe your guided meditation and hypnosis to their patients suffering from depression and anxiety. I was heavily afflicted with these mental health issues myself and hand on heart listening to your voice got me through the hardest times. I feel that emotionally and spiritually I have evolved as a direct result of meditating daily, thank you so much Michael. Peace and love my friend ❤

After getting sober and leaving an abusive relationship, Michael Sealy videos have rescued me from the nightmares that I was having. I don’t have horrible dreams as I once was having. He stops my mind from thinking horrible thoughts right before I go to bed and I think that’s why the dreams aren’t quite so bad anymore.

I got into Michael's meditation and hypnosis videos about a year ago he's the first person I ever listened to and he done wonders for my sleep my depression my nightmares I was in a terrible awful abusive relationship and on nights when I can't do anything but think thinking he his voice and the way he uses his words it just comes so much so glad I discovered meditation and hypnosis of all kinds...

I have listened to Michael Sealey's recordings/videos for a couple of years now. This particular recording is one of my very favorites, my "go to", when i am stressed, depressed, and can't relax or fall asleep, or stay asleep. I have PTSD, insomnia, and bad bouts of stress and depression. There are times that medication does not seem to work at all, and I can't just take more. So, when i put my headphones on, lay down in a dark, cool bedroom, and close my eyes. i soak in what he says like a sponge, and it calms me, and puts me to sleep within 30 minutes to 1 hour. And that is on BAD nights. Normally, his videos put me to sleep within about 10 - 15 minutes! Now thats faster than any medicine, and it treats the problem, not the symptom. Thank you Michael for giving the gift of peace and comfort in a world of hate and chaos. You are truly gifted. I only hope you will continue to make recordings for those of us that sometimes "fall through the cracks". God bless you. If i hadnt had your videos to listen to, there are times that i dont know what i would have done.

Michael sealey videos have been helping me for a long time now. Through the roughest of panic attacks. His voice was sometimes a voice of comfort. I also didn't know my life would change this much. I miss my home from then. it was my grandparents' house and I had been taking care of them. plus I grew up on the land. was the only place I could ever call home. Definitely didn't think I'd have a whole new family. so these videos help my homesickness too. I can't even drive past the house now that someone owns it. I ended having to fight my uncles who took advantage of covid and completely went against my grandparents wishes. They think they did something to me bc I took care of both as in their final days. I would have still done it even if I had known they would do what they did.

You are not doing it to yourself! You're fighting bad luck. No one brings cancer on themselves.

June of last year, I was beaten to (literally) an inch of my life. I’ve had surgeries and plates in my head/face since. I discovered meditation and can finally seep more than 4 hours at a time. It works!! Micheal your the best!
