Deep Space Meditation: Guided Sleep Meditation - Peaceful journey

This Guided sleep meditation takes you on a peaceful journey through space. In this deep sleep meditation you pass by all the planets in the galaxy gathering their positive energy. Just allow your mind to drift with the words that you hear.
Through the mindful exercise of using metaphors as you travel through space and relax you can calm your thoughts.
This guided meditation will help you to fall asleep fast and relax your body, whilst encouraging your mind to be calm.
Once you get back to your starting point you will relax heavily with a body scan spoken in a hypnosis style talk down.
You can use this meditation for sleep before or as you drift off.

I don't know why, but the first 30 seconds of this meditation made me tear up a bit. I felt really emotional about possibly going to space tonight. I guess space represents freedom and potential for me so I got emotional thinking about all of the freedom I could have... Thank you for making this meditation!

If ur so inclined u could check it out. Focus only on the background sound. Something about it really brings u to a space ship. Also it works well to breathe along side of. With ur skill I can’t even imagine how perfect it would be. Just food for thought. I’m so excited to hear ur next space video. I will comment on it when I see it.
