How on earth did you manage to get out of the spiral so gently ? I always end up bouncing around.

Hi, Paul! This was one of my first spirals, and therefore I was gently releasing inside brake. This would not get me quickly out of the spiral. If you take a look at my other videos you will find that I now fully release inside brake, and makes a inside brake and weight shift when the glider wants to exit the spiral. @@tineove hei tineove, I had some issues during my SIV on Rush 4, was releasing inside brake and having too much energy on exit, then almost falling into the wing😩 solved it by pulling inside brake again as I started to swing under the wing bleeding off energy in the resulting turn. Is this how you described above?

@@Aurora..Borealis Hi! I’m not sure. When I released inside brake, when in spiral, I wait until I feel the wing is close to fly out and then apply inside brake. In this video I fly a low B. At the end I do spiral, but applying inside brake too soon, releases brake before applying brake again. The Rush4 is a high end B, be careful! I almost went into the wing when doing my first stall. @@tineove thanks, you explain what I meant! I was happy with all my SIV manoeuvres however spiral exit got me once. Rush 4 is not a joke for first SIV but I learnt alot. I will be adding a anti-G to my equipment!
